Shipping Policy
All JuiceButton products are printed on demand and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Gelato — nothing is pre-stocked, so each order is produced specifically for you.
Production time: 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched.
Delivery estimates (after dispatch):
- Ireland: 2–4 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Shipping cost: A flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery zone.
Where we ship: Currently Ireland, UK, EU, and USA. We don't yet ship outside these regions — if your country isn't available at checkout, we're not shipping there yet.
Order tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
UK customs: Orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our control.
Delays: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by customs processing or carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at juicebutton@proton.me and we'll look into it.
